生物质制燃油流化床反应器工作安全性研究

摘    要:针对生物质制燃油流化床反应器工作中生物质进料与热解能量补充对连续生产可能带来的不安全因素,分析了其引起不安全的原因,对生物质进料结构上采取了螺旋进料器并辅以流化风实现;对热解反应的能量补充采取了流化气预热与反应器外壁加热相结合的方法,有效地解决存在的技术矛盾,消除了连续生产存在的不安全因素。设备的安全可靠运行,能对低成本、大规模生产生物燃油技术推广应用提供装备上的保障。

Abstract:When the fluidized bed reactor for bio-oil production using biomass is running,there are unsafe factors which influence biomass feeding and energy supplement.In this paper,the unsafe factors were analyzed,and appropriate technical measures were adopted,e.g.using screw distributors with fluidized air to feed biomass material.By adopting the method of fluidized-air preheating plus reactor-wall heating by hot flue gas,energy supplement to pyrolysis reaction was realized.Those technical measures were taken to solve the technical problems effectively and eliminate unsafe factors which influencing continuous production.The safe and reliable operation of the equipment can provide guarantee for the application of the technology for low-cost,mass production of bio-oil.
