摘    要:讨论了钕铁磁永磁磁力吊的工作原理,并根据要求设计和开发了500kg钕铁硼永磁磁力吊,其体积小,性能稳定,安全系数高,克服了铝镍钴磁力吊最大起吊能力在使用过程中大幅下降的缺点,得到了用户的充分肯定,可广泛应用于机械加工,模具制造,冶金等行业。

Abstract:In this paper, the working principle of NdFeB magnetic force lifter is discussed, and then 500kg type of NdFeB magnetic force lifter has been designed and developed, which is of small volume, stable properties, high safe factor, being advantageous over AlNiCo one with safe factor decreasing greatly during working. It will be widely used in machining, mould manufacturing, and metallurgy etc.
