赛格水电站Y型宽尾墩跌坎消力池联合消能工试验研究

摘    要:赛格水电站具有低水头、大单宽流量、低佛汝德数等特点,泄洪消能问题突出,通过水工模型试验研究,提出了采用Y型宽尾墩跌坎消力池联合消能方式。在闸室末端采用宽尾墩后,水舌沿纵向拉伸扩散,增大了接触面,水流经宽尾墩收缩后,以射流形式进入消力池,池内水流具有三维射流特性,差动式消力坎的存在较好的解决了水流二次跌落问题,从而进一步有效的解决了下游河床的消能防冲问题。

Abstract:For the characteristics of the low water head,large discharge per unit,low Froude Saige Hydropower Station posses,and the energy dissipation of discharge flood stands out.Based on hydraulic model tests,the energy dissipation structure of Y-flaring pier stilling basins is put forward.After them were employed,the flow jetted is stretched,which increases the area of the interface between the water flow and air,the shrinking flow passing the piers to jet into the stilling basin which has 3D short flow characteristics,and has resolved the second flow fall down and the erosions and energy dissipation in downstream channel.
