| 摘 要： | “创新机制,校企合作,共建共享”是建设高水平实训基地的重要途径,构建IT仿真实训基地是实现工学结合人才培养模式创新的必备条件。本文对校企合作共建实训基地的运行机制的创新、职业环境的构建、实训体系的建立、功能拓展与定位,以及实训基地的建设成效进行了探讨,以期对高职院校实训基地的建设起到一定的参考与示范作用。
