UG参数化设计在汽车覆盖件模具设计中的应用

基于模具设计中普遍采用三维设计软件,大大提高了设计效率,但是在具体应用过程中覆盖件模具的模架部分设计变化不大的特点,为避免重复设计,提出了覆盖件模具参数化设计的思想.参数化设计是用参数对结构形状相似、尺寸不同的一组零件进行尺寸约定,实现利用参数驱动图形,并分别介绍UG具有的3种参数设计功能,最后重点举例介绍了电子表格法和关系式法在汽车覆盖件模具参数设计中的应用.

Application of UG Parametric Die Design in Auto Body Stamping Die Design

The 3D software is used widely in the die design,for example the Unigraphics(UG),and it improves the design efficiency greatly.But during the practice,the base structure of the die does not change much.So based on this character,in order to avoid repetitive design,this paper puts forward the idea of parametric stamping die design,which uses a group of parts of similar structure but different dimension to restraint the whole graphics.Three ways of UG for the parametric design is introduced,the spreadsheet and expression used in auto panel drawing die are mentioned emphatically,and finally an example is given.
