基于WSR方法论的水库预泄调度方案优选研究

利用物理—事理—人理（WSR）方法论的原理分析了水库预泄调度方案优选设计过程，指出WSR方法既是一种系统分析和系统评价方法，又是一种思维方法和认识方法，是认识和处理开放复杂系统的一种行之有效的综合集成法。针对水库预泄调度中行为主体的复杂特性，对水库调度过程中主体行为、管理组织行为等进行深入分析，为有效解决水库预泄调度中的协调与控制这一复杂问题提供了理论基础和指导原则。

Study on optimization of pre-discharge operation plan for reservoir based on WSR methodology

The design process of the optimization on the pre-discharge operation plan for reservoir is analyzed with WSR system methodology. The methodology is not only a systematical analysis and appraisal method, but also a thinking and cognitive method, which is an effective synthesis method to find out and deal with the open complex system. Based on the method, the subject behavior and management-organizational behavior etc. during the operation of reservoir are thoroughly analyzed for the complicated characteristics of the action subject in pre-discharge operation of reservoir, so as to provide theoretical basis and guiding principle for effectively solving the complicated problem of coordination and control during the pre-discharge operation of reservoir.
