摘    要:以2JK型矿用提升机主轴为研究对象,分析了主轴的力学模型,针对提升方式和固定钢丝绳方式,讨论了主轴的组合载荷工况,结合传统设计方法和计算机辅助分析的优点,编制计算程序对主轴工作的16种正常工况以及8种非常工况进行了计算。结论认为,在提升机实际运行情况下,该主轴装置最安全的工况为右同侧固定,外侧固定次之,最危险的是左同侧固定。该研究方法可为矿用提升机主轴设计计算提供借鉴,研究结果可为确定提升机主轴危险工况、危险截面以及提升机可靠性设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Taking the main shaft of 2JK mine hoist as the research object,this paper analyzes the mechanics model of the main shaft,and discusses the combination load operating condition of the main shaft directing towards the hoisting method and the fixed mode for wire rope. Combined with traditional design methods and the advantages of computer-aided analysis,the calculation program is established,and 16 kinds of normal operating conditions and 8 kinds of extreme conditions are calculated. It is concluded that under the actual operation of the hoist,the safest operation condition of the main shaft device is right-ipsilateral fixation mode,followed by lateral fixation mode,and the most dangerous is left-ipsilateral fixation mode. This research method can provide reference for the hoist main shaft design calculation,and the research results can provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the dangerous operating condition and dangerous section for the hoist main shaft as well as for the hoist reliability design.
