| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于MEMS的引信保险（S＆A）机构的应用背景和基于MEMS引信保险机构的设计构思，分析了两种典型的保险机构的原理和作用过程：还介绍了两种主要加工工艺及其存在的问题，最后对MEMS引信保险机构的技术发展作了展望。
