浅谈防砂筛管的流通面积计算

防砂筛管的流通面积对油气井产量有很大影响，是筛管选型过程中一个重要的技术参数。从达西公式可以看到，同种类型的筛管，其流通面积越大，意味着流体的通道就越大，在其它条件相同的情况下，产量就越高；同时在配产一定的情况下，流通面积增大有助于减少生产压差，生产压差的减小有助于提高井底工具的使用时间，保证油井的平稳生产。目前油气井使用的防砂筛管有很多种类，如绕丝筛管、割缝筛管、金属棉筛管、金属网布筛管及金属烧结毡筛管等。绕丝筛管、割缝筛管的流通面积计算方法比较成熟，对其它类型的筛管，还存在着不同的理解。根据不同筛管的特点、尝试论述清楚各种筛管的流通面积的计算方法。

THE STUDY ON SAND CONTROL SCREEN OPEN AREA CALCULATION

The open area of sand control screen is an important technical parameter to choose screen type because it has a great effect on the oil well output.From Darcy formula,the more the open area the screen has,the higher the output will be got.Under the condition that the designed output is invariable,the increase of the open area will help to reduce the production pressure differences so as to increase the service life of down-hole tools.There are many kinds of sand control screen used in oilfield at present,such as wire-wrapped screen,slotted liners,metal fiber screens,mesh screens and sintered laminate screen.The open area calculation of the wire-wrapped screen and slotted liners is relatively easy and ripe,but different ideas still be there to the others..The author of this paper tries to find the open area calculation method of all kinds of screens according to their different characteristics.
