摘    要:为提高锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4的充放电性能,用Ni对LiFePO4进行掺杂,研究了Ni掺杂量对LiFePO4性能的影响,在LiNixFe1-xPO4(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05,0.10)材料中,LiNi0.03Fe0.97PO4具有比LiFePO4更好的电化学性能,用80mA/g的电流进行充放电时,第2次放电比容量为133.278mAh/g,循环20次后为127.655mAh/g.

Abstract:Ni is doped into LiFePO_(4) to improve its performance.The effect of Ni content on the characteristics of LiFePO_(4) is introduced.It is found in the test that the capacity of LiNi_(0.03)Fe_(0.97)PO_(4) is higher than LiFePO_(4) in LiNi_(x)Fe_(1-x)PO_(4)(x=0.00,0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07 and 0.10).The 2~(st)discharge capacity of 133.278 mAh/g and 20~(th) capacity of 127.655 mAh/g can be obtained at 80 mA/g charge-discharge rate.
