AlTiC中间合金细化铝时结晶核心的研究

摘    要:采用SEM 研究AlTiC中间合金细化高纯铝时产生的异质晶核核心,并对细化机理进行了讨论。结果表明,晶粒核心为富Ti、C的颗粒团,在颗粒表面有许多突起的小颗粒。在以颗粒团为中心形成的晕圈和枝晶中存在Ti 的成分梯度。

Abstract:The crystal nuclei of high purify aluminum refined by Al Ti C master alloy were studied by SEM and the mechanisms of heterogeneous nucleation were discussed.It was found that the cluster of particles enriched in Ti and C was in the center of grain,and a certain number of small protrusions were found on the surface of the particles.It was also found that the cluster was surrounded by the dendrites or circles with the composition gradient of Ti element.
