先进控制技术在电厂主蒸汽温度过程控制中的应用

摘    要:通过对某机组的主蒸汽温度控制系统的设计进行分析,研究了先进的控制算法———预估补偿控制算法在克服主蒸汽温度被控对象所具有的大迟延、大惯性、时变性和非线性的内在机理,并对先进控制系统在实际应用中的调整和投运提出了建议。

Abstract:Through analysis on the design of regulating system for main steam temperature of large- scale thermal power units, a kind of advanced control algorithm - predictive compensation control algorithm has been studied, of which, inherent mechanism to overcome the large delay, large inertia, time variation, and nonlinearity of main steam temperature controlled objects, meanwhile, the recommendations of adjustment and operation for the advanced control system has also been put forward.
