铝合金真空硬钎焊缺陷分析与消除措施

摘    要:通过对防锈铝3A21真空硬钎焊实验结果的分析总结,明确了钎料漫流、漏焊、溶蚀、针孔、钎料不全熔等钎焊缺陷产生的机理。提出了消除钎焊缺陷的工艺措施并经过了试验件的真空钎焊实验验证。

Abstract:The causing principle of the brazing defects was ascertained such as overflow, lack of bra zing, erosion, porosity and filler metal part melting, by analyzing the results of the experiment of 3A21 vacuum brazing. It is proposed a technology eliminating measure of aluminum vacuum brazing, and it is validated by the experiment of the vacuum brazing of test sample.
