| Abstract: | From the perspective of enterprise group as an inter-organization , this paper makes a systematic comparison between enterprise group and the forms of other inter-organizations, including strategy ally, virtual enterprise, the connotation of enterprise group, the basis, operation mechanism, competition adv antages and scope. The advantages of the forms of other inter-organizations can be adopted to facilitate the development of enterprise group. |
