| 摘 要： | 介绍了1，3-丙二醇的几种合成方法，以丙烯醛为原料水合得到3-羟基丙醛，而后加氢及合适催化剂生成1，3-丙二醇；以环氧乙烷为原料与合成气在催化剂存在下生成1，3-丙二醇；以微生物菌种发酵产生甘油，继而生成1，3-丙二醇，对这几种方法进行了简单的比较，随着研究的不断深入，生物法生产1，3-丙二醇具有美好的发展前景。

| Abstract: | The several routes of preparations of 1,3- propanediol were introduced. 1,3 - Propanediol was obtained by hydradon of acrolein to 3 - hydroxypropionaldehyde with subsequent catalytic hydrogenation; or by carbonylation and hydrogenation with catalyter; and by microbe fermention to glycerol. The comparisons were discussed in this article. The preparation of fermentation of microbe is the best method along with biotechnological development. |
