1,3-丙二醇的制备

摘    要:介绍了1,3-丙二醇的几种合成方法,以丙烯醛为原料水合得到3-羟基丙醛,而后加氢及合适催化剂生成1,3-丙二醇;以环氧乙烷为原料与合成气在催化剂存在下生成1,3-丙二醇;以微生物菌种发酵产生甘油,继而生成1,3-丙二醇,对这几种方法进行了简单的比较,随着研究的不断深入,生物法生产1,3-丙二醇具有美好的发展前景。

Abstract:The several routes of preparations of 1,3- propanediol were introduced. 1,3 - Propanediol was obtained by hydradon of acrolein to 3 - hydroxypropionaldehyde with subsequent catalytic hydrogenation; or by carbonylation and hydrogenation with catalyter; and by microbe fermention to glycerol. The comparisons were discussed in this article. The preparation of fermentation of microbe is the best method along with biotechnological development.
