高精度模拟量采集卡的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了基于Modbus通讯协议的高精度模拟量采集卡的软硬件设计与制作;由于采用了高精度A/D转换芯片CS5532,该采集卡可以通过软件分时的方法采集8路24位模拟量信号,特别适用于高精度工业现场数据采集;同时,采集卡使用基于Modbus协议的RS-485总线通信方式,实现了数据的远程通信;系统软件采用MCS-51汇编语言和C语言混合编写,既可提高开发效率又保证了A/D转换的精确性。

Abstract:Design and manufacture of a high precision analog-data-acquisition card is introduced. This card provides 8 analog input channels, using 24bit high precision AD converter CS5532, so it can can be smoothly applied to high precision industrial field. At the same time, Modbus protocol based RS-485 bus were used to achieve long-distance communication. The software development in this system uses both MCS-51 assembly and C language, which can not only shorten the development cycle but also ensure high quility A/D conversion.
