摘    要:阐述了面向装配的并行设计思想及其在基于UG平台的低压铸造铸模工装CAD系统的实现方法 ,并对变形设计和相关性设计方法进行了研究。应用本系统 ,易于保证工装各部分的关联性 ,有效地防止了装配中可能出现的冲突问题 ,提高了设计效率。

Abstract:The concurrent design faced assembling for technological equipment of the low pressure casting is discussed, the methods based on UG to achieve this purpose in CAD system have been presented, the methods for shape-variable design and interrelating design are studied in this paper. A system has been developed to ensure the interrelation of the technological equipment. It can effectively avoid conflicts occurring in assembling process and greatly improve design efficiency.
