摘    要:文中介绍了一种同时采用布质布量传感器,水位传感器以及光传感器的全自动模糊控制系统,该系统通过检测被洗衣物的布质、布量、污浊性质,脏污程度,利用模糊逻辑推理方法自动选择洗涤参数。为了克服传感器的不一致性以及电动机特性的分散性对洗衣过程的影响,设计了一个传感器参数自检功能单元。提出了一种新的布质布量检测接口电路设计方法,它可以全面采集到与布质布量有关的脉冲个数、脉冲宽度、脉冲周期、有助于提高对负荷的分

Abstract:This paper presents a fully-automatic Control system with load transducer, water level transducer and light transducer. After detecting fiber type. Washing load,dirty degree and dirty performance,the washing parameter,such as water level,water agitation, washing time and washing number, are automatically determined by using the Fuzzy logic reasoning method. A self-check function unit of the transducer parameter is designed to overcome the effect of the identity of transducer and the inhomogenety of washing motor on washing process. A new interface circuit of load detection is given to detect pulse number,pulse width and pulse frequency,These pulse information is helpful to enhance the identification capability for washing load. The hardware and software diagrams of fuzzy control system are given out in the end.
