摘    要:针对某厂烧结台车栏板断裂机理的特点,本文采用ANSYS有限元软件中的间接热力耦合的方法,建立了栏板应力场分析模型,模拟了台车栏板在热作用下各部位的温度变化及应力变化过程.通过此模型,探讨了台车断裂原因,并借助扫描电镜对热裂纹进行一定分析.根据分析的结果,结合实际在热梯度最大的地方采取相应的改进措施,即在台车栏板上开膨胀槽或对台车栏板外形加以改进.实践证明,改进后的台车栏板能满足生产的需要,取得良好的经济和社会效益,并对其它材质因热疲劳断裂分析有一定的借鉴作用.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of rupture mechanism of trolley fence in one factory,the indirect thermal energy coupling method of ANSYS finite element software is adopted to establish the fence board stress field analysis model.The change and the stress variation of different spots under heat are then simulated.The reasons for ruptures are also discussed through this model and the heat cracks are analyzed with the use of the electron microscope.Corresponding improvements,namely opening swollen slots or improving contour,are made in the place of biggest thermal gradient.The improved trolley fence can satisfy the need of production,realize its economic and social values,and be referential to other failure analysis about hot endurance.
