| 摘 要： | 介绍了房屋建筑中常出现裂缝的几种构件及易发生裂缝的部位，具体介绍了各种构件裂缝各自的特点，对阳台栏板，雨蓬卷檐，梁上下设装饰性钢筋混凝土薄主钢筋混凝土楼板等构件的裂缝原因进行了分析，并针对各种构件的裂缝原因提出了具体的预防措施，取得了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces several kinds of common member cracks and position of producing crack of buildings, concretely introduces their characteristic of all kinds of member cracks, analyses member crack cause of balcony breast board, rainshed roll eaves, decorative reinforcing concrete thin plate on or down beam, reinforcing concrete slab and so on, and puts forward concrete preventive measures for all kinds of member cracks. They obtain good effects. |
