提高钒钛铁精矿品位及其对高炉生产的影响

摘    要:提高攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿品位和降低TiO2含量的试验研究结果表明,通过对现攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿进行脱磁-再磨-磁选,可以将钒钛磁铁矿精矿品位提高到55%TFe以上,而精矿中的TiO2含量仅提高0.16个百分点,使实际进入高炉的TiO2总量降低了7%,通过计算,在保证高炉渣中,TiO2含量〈25%条件下,通过配矿可使烧结矿品位提高到49%,对降低高炉渣量,提高高炉产量,降低焦比均有显著效果。

Abstract:Experimentalresults ofimprovementof Panzhihua vanadictitanomagnetite concentrate grade and re duction of TiO2 grade indicate thatthe concentrate grade of vanadic titanomagnetite can be increased to over 55 % TFe ,while TiO2gradeisonlyincreased by 0 .16 % andtotalamountofTiO2into blastfurnaceis decreased by 7 % through demagnetization - regrinding - magnetic separation forthe existing Panzhihua vanadictitano magnetite concentrate.Underthe conditionsof TiO2content < 25 % in blastfurnaceslagsintergrade can bein creased to 49 % with ore matching by meansofcalculation ,which hassome outstanding effects onthe reduction ofslag volume ,theimprovement of blastfurnace productivity andthe reduction ofcoke rate .
