| Abstract: | The difficulty of collecting electric charges has bothered power supply companies for a long time. The prepayment vending system with CPU card can solve this problem very well. IC card＇s application and development in the prepayment vending system is presented. The applicative method, data transmission, safety as- sessment process and keyword management system of the prepayment vending system with CPU card are emphatically introduced. |
