催化裂化汽油萃取蒸馏脱硫的研究

摘    要:以140℃为切割点,对催化裂化汽油进行切割。切割后轻组分和重组分的硫含量分别为234μg/g,903μg/g。以二甲基甲酰胺为萃取剂,轻组分为原料,通过单因素实验优化了萃取蒸馏脱硫工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:总塔板数17块,萃取剂进料位置第六块塔板,汽油进料位置第十一块塔板,回流比1,萃取剂/原料油(质量比)1,塔顶温度控制在60℃左右。在此条件下,精制油硫含量为48μg/g,收率为60.8%,硫含量满足欧Ⅳ汽油排放标准。

Desulfurization of fluid catalytic cracking gasoline by extractive distillation

Abstract:Fluidized -bed catalytic cracking (FCC) gasoline was distillated into light and heavy fractions at the cut point 140 ℃ in a distillation column. Sulfur contents in light and heavy cuts were 234 μg/g and 903 μg/g, respectively. The light fraction was desulfurized by extractive distillation using dimethyl formamide as solvent. The results showed that the optimum desulfurization condition was:plate number 17, solvent feeding at 6th plate,gasoline feeding at 11 th plate,reflux ratio 1 and solvent to gasoline volume ratio 1. Under this condition, distillation yield reached 60.8%, and sulfur content of the product was 48 μg/g, which could meet Europe Ⅳ standard.
