| Abstract: | All kinds of problems existing in the commision of electric roboticized equipments in 2 500 t/d clinker production line of Harbin cement plant were introduced detailedly in this paper, including problems and malfunction of wirings of various high-voltage main equipments, water resistance, low-voltage drawer switch cabinet, electric control PLC of gas box pulse deduster and other main electric control equipments. Through analysis of different possibility, corresponding measures that could solve the problems effectively were introduced. |
