| 摘 要： | 根据我国企业技术引进项目特点，应用决策支持系统（ＤＳＳ）和专家系统知识，设计了技术引进项目后评估智能决策支持系统（ＩＤＳＳ）的总体框架结构，并在此基础上详细设计了技术引进项目后评估决策支持系统数据库，涉及到技术引进后评估的企业可以此为依据结合本企业具体情况建立自己的技术引进项目后评估决策支持系统．

| Abstract: | According to the character of technology import in our enterprises, the framework of IDSS for the post-evaluation of technology import is designed with the knowledge of DSS and expert system, on the ground of which database is designed in detail. Those enterprises involved in the post-evaluation of technology import can build IDSS with their specific environment on the base of the framework and the database. |
