摘    要:采用正交实验方法,考察了淬火加热温度、淬火等温温度、等温时间和回火温度四个因素的变化对低合金超高强度钢30CrMnSiNi2力学性能的影响,得出了优化的热处理工艺方案。结果表明,通过马氏体区等温淬火,得到马氏体 下贝氏体 少量残余奥氏体的复合组织,使得强度和韧性得到良好的配合。

Abstract:The effects of austenizing temperature,isothermal temperature,isothermal holding time and tempering temperature on mechanical properties of low-alloy ultrahigh strength steel 30CrMnSiNi2A were studied by orthogonal experimental method.The better way of the heat-treatment process was obtained.The results show that,after short-time isothermal quenching in martensite zone,the compound microstructure of martensite,bainite and little austenite is got.The best strength and toughness is obtained.
