摘    要:通过阐述240 kA预焙铝电解槽工艺技术条件组合的优化方向、过程与实效,指出高铝水平、中分子比、低电解温度、低电压的工艺条件组合,适于现行槽况,并能提高经济技术指标.

Abstract:By introducing the optimization direction,process and practical effect of conditional assembly for processing technology of 240 kA pre-baked aluminum reduction cell,this paper points out the processing condition assembled by high aluminum level,middle molecule ration,low electrolysis temperature and low voltage is suitable for current state of pre-baked aluminum reduction cell,and can improve the indexes of economy and technology.
