摘    要:通过对株洲冶炼集团制酸系统烟气净化工段进行的热平衡测试与计算,了解了该工段各个设备的热工状况。分析了影响热平衡状态的各个因素,针对该工段存在能源损失较大的问题,提出了节能技术改造的措施建议。

Abstract:Heat condition for each equipment in the flue gas purification section of sulfuric acid system in ZhuZhou smelter group co.,LTD.is realized by means of thermal balance test and calculation.Every factor influencing heat balance state is analyzed.In view of the high losses of energy sources existing in this section,some measures and suggestions about modification of energy saving technology are proposed.
