工业变频器电磁干扰现象分析及其抑制

摘    要:为防止电磁干扰对变频器产生负面影响,实现变频器在工业自动化应用系统中稳定、可靠、安全地运行,通过对变频器电磁干扰源及其干扰途径进行分析,提出了防、抗电磁干扰的实际解决方法,给出了在变频器应用系统设计和安装中抑制干扰的具体措施,降低或消除了电磁干扰对变频器的影响。实践表明,该电磁干扰抑制方案为变频器在工业自动化应用系统中稳定、可靠、安全运行提供了保障,满足了工业变频器日常运行的需要。
