| 摘 要： | 为保证调度交换系统的安全、可靠和高效,《国家电网公司关于"十一五"期间加强电网调度工作的意见》中,明确要求建设备用调度交换系统。通过分析调度交换机单机运行的脆弱性,论述了备用调度交换系统建设的必要性,提出了西北电力备用调度交换系统的建设构想,并重点对备用调度交换机冗余调度建设方案进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | To guarantee safety,reliability and high efficiency of the power exchange and dispatching system,SGCC clearly stipulates,in its "Proposal on Strengthening Power Grid Dispatching and Control in the Eleventh Five Year Plan",that the standby power exchange and dispatching system should be built.This paper analyzes the fragility of the single running module of the power exchange and dispatching system,elaborates necessity of the standby system,and comes up with a proposal on building the standby power exchange and dispatching system for Northwest Power Grid. |
