发展性学生评教的建立及其思考

摘    要:学生评教是学生对教师教学工作进行的评价,理想的学生评教应该成为具有发展性教师评价特质的、能帮助教师实现专业成长的发展性学生评教。文章论述了当前学生评教存在的问题,探讨了建立发展性学生评教的必要性,并对发展性学生评教实施方法提出了自己的看法。

Abstract:Student Rating Teaching (SRT) is the evaluation to the work of teachers by the students. A "SRT" should become a developmental characteristics of the evaluation of teachers, which can help teachers achieve professional development. This paper discusses the main problem of the existence of SRT, its necessity, and some opinions are put forward regarding "development of SRT" .
