| 摘 要： | 阶跃响应特性、频率响应特性及有效位数是数字存储示波器(DSO)性能的重要计量指标。本文提供的HITDSO软件包,直接根据DSO采集的数据,利用FFT的高效算法,得到DSO的上述几项性能指标,并进行图形及数值显示。
