| Abstract: | A preliminary review was made of environmental benefits from cascade hydro stations built on the Yellow River over 40 years. Based on analysis of information and data it has been presented that the cascade stations have brought forth environmental benefits and negative impacts in reservoir areas, vicinities of reservoirs and the downstream areas . |
