摘    要:以玉米淀粉和丙烯酰胺为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过接枝共聚反应对淀粉进行改性,合成了改性淀粉GXTP。实验考察了玉米淀粉与丙烯酰胺用量比、引发剂加量、温度对接枝率的影响,并对改性淀粉作为调剖剂的性能进行了评价。结果表明:在丙烯酰胺与淀粉质量比为2∶1,引发剂质量分数为0.4%,反应温度为50℃条件下,反应的接枝率达到73%,接枝效率达到86%;红外光谱分析表明丙烯酰胺成功接枝在玉米淀粉中。改性淀粉与交联剂成胶之后,强度可达10×10~4 mPa·s以上,室内岩心封堵率在95%以上,残余阻力系数可达88。破胶后,残渣含量≤73 mg/L。

Abstract:The modified starch(GXTP)was obtained by grafting copolymerization.The reaction material were corn starch and acrylamide,the initiator was ammonium persulfate.A series of experimentalfactors were discussed and the optimum scheme of copolymerization was obtained,that is,n(corn starch)∶n(AM)is 1∶2.5,dosage of initiator is 0.3%,reaction temperature is 50 ℃.The percent grafting can reach 73%.The grafting efficiency can reach 86%.The results of infrared characterization have confirmed that the structure of the product in question is consistent with the original design.The viscosity of modified starch can reach 100 000 mPa·s.The stemming ratio can reach 95%,the residual resistance factor was 88.The sludge content was less than or equal to 73 mg/L.
