商用车车架有限元静力分析与研究

摘    要:车架的功用是承载连接汽车的各零部件,并承受来自车内外的各种载荷。本文通过建立车架有限元模型,设置扭转和弯曲2种典型工况下对应的边界条件和载荷条件,对该车架进行刚度、强度校核。实验结果表明车架在遇到各种工况时能达到设计要求,验证了其准确性。

Abstract:The function of the frame is to carry the various components connected to the car and to withstand various loads from inside and outside the car. In this paper, by establishing the finite element model of the frame, the corresponding boundary conditions and load conditions under the typical conditions of torsion and bending were set, and the rigidity and strength of the frame were checked. The experimental results show that the frame can meet the design requirements when it encounters various working conditions, and the accuracy was verified.
