摘    要:武山铜矿通过多年开采生产后,出现了“风流干扰严重,需风点多且分散,风机单级效率低,新鲜风流进入生产中段偏少”等问题.为解决此问题,提出了通风系统优化方案并借助Ventsim软件系统建立了武山铜矿通风仿真模型,分别模拟了通风容易时期和困难时期通风量.利用Ventsim系统发现问题,提出通风网络优化方案,解决工程存在的实际问题.

Research on reconstruction of ventilation system of mines with multi-sublevel based on ventsim system

Abstract:After being mined for years, Wushan copper mine faces many problems, such as serious wind disturbance, requirement for more scattered vents, low single stage efficiency of fans, less fresh air flow in the mine's multi-sublevel. In order to solve these problems, the optimization scheme of the ventilation system is put forward and the ventilation simulation model of Wushan copper mine is established with the help of Ventsim software system. The model simulates air volume in easy ventilation period and in the difficult one, respectively. Using Ventsim system to find out the problems, the optimization scheme of ventilation network is put forward to solve the practical problems existing in the project.
