基于ANSYS Workbench的插销式升降平台插销的分析

摘    要:针对插销式液压升降平台在高空作业领域的应用,利用Solid Works三维绘图软件建立所需模型,应用ANSYS Workbench对插销进行线性静力学分析,可验证插销设计的合理性及工作的可靠性,通过ANSYS Workbench对插销进行疲劳分析,使研究零件在设计阶段的疲劳程度达到预期。通过对插销式升降平台插销的分析,可为实际工程应用提供计算依据。

Abstract:In view of the application of plug-type hydraulic lifting platform in the field of aerial work, the required model was established by using Solid Works three-dimensional drawing software, and the linear static analysis of the plug was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench to verify the rationality of the plug design. Through ANSYS Workbench, the fatigue analysis of the plug was carried out, so that the fatigue degree of the research parts in the design stage can reach the expectation. Through the analysis of the pin of the pin-type lifting platform, the calculation basis can be provided for the practical engineering application.
