我国地铁列车工业设计研究进展

地铁列车是我国轨道交通装备继高速列车之后的又一研究热点。为满足日益增大的地铁市场需求,提高列车的设计质量,对近年来地铁列车工业设计研究取得的成果进行了梳理。归纳了我国地铁列车的主要规格及车体特征,将地铁列车工业设计划分为列车造型与涂装设计、司机室人因适配设计与评价、客室内装设计3个方面进行文献综述和分析。总结了文献中存在的不足,提出司机认知任务和乘客乘车行为、列车综合评价指标体系、虚拟仿真评价技术等方面将是进一步研究的重点,为城市轨道交通装备的设计研究提供参考。

Research progress of industrial design of domestic metro train

Metro train is another research hot spot of domestic railway transportation equipment following high-speed trains. In order to meet the increasing requirement of metro market and improve the desig n quality of trains, the research achievements of industrial design of metro trains in recent years were combed. The main specifications and body characteristics of domestic metro trains were summarized. Literature review and analysis of metro tain industial design were performed in three aspects train modeling and coating design, driver's room human compatible design and evaluation, passenger room interior design. The shortcomings in the literature were summarized. The research of drivers cognitive task, passenger riding behavior, train comprehensive evaluation index system and virtual simulation evaluation technology will be the further focus. This could provide references for the design and research of urban railway transit equipments.
