基于模糊滑模控制策略的永磁同步电机控制

摘    要:文章设计了一种基于模糊控制(fuzzy control)的永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)滑模控制策略。传统的积分滑模控制(sliding mold control,SMC)具有较强的抗干扰能力,当电机有大幅度的负载扰动时,控制系统会出现较大抖振现象,使得电机转速跟踪效果变差。本文将模糊控制策略引入到滑模控制中,通过设计模糊控制规则实时调整滑模参数,当电机负载和转速出现大幅变化时,可实现转矩和转速的快速响应;当系统状态误差减小,状态变量接近滑模面时,系统可平滑的进入到稳定状态,有效削弱系统抖振。模糊滑模控制既可以保证控制系统的快速响应能力和抗干扰能力,又能提高系统稳定性和转速控制精度。

Abstract:A sliding mode control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed based on fuzzy control. Due to the high anti-interference of the conventional integral sliding mode control, when a large load disturbance occurs in the motor, the control system will have a large chattering effect, making the motor speed tracking worse. The fuzzy control strategy was introduced into the sliding mode control. The sliding mode parameters were adjusted in real time by the design of the fuzzy control rules. When the motor load and speed change greatly, the fast response of torque and speed will be achieved. When the system state error decreases, and the state variables approach the sliding surface, the system will glide into the steady state, effectively weakening the systematic chattering. Results show that the fuzzy sliding mode control ensures not only the fast response and anti-interference of the control system, but also improves systematic stability and speed control accuracy.
