摘    要:以间苯二胺和冰乙酸为原料,经乙酰化反应合成间乙酰氨基苯胺,间乙酰氨基苯胺再与乙醛缩合,以三乙酰氧基硼氢化钠为还原剂进行还原,制备了间-(N,N-二乙基氨基)-乙酰苯胺。采用TLC对反应进程进行监测,柱层析法对产物进行分离提纯,通过FT-IR、1HNMR、LCMS对产物进行了表征。

Abstract:m-Acetaminoaniline was prepared by acetylation using m-Phenylenediamine and acetic acid as raw materials, then m -acetamidoaniline condensed with acetaldehyde, followed by reduction with sodium triacetoxyborohydride as reducing agent, to prepare m -(N,N-diethylamino)-acetanilide. The reaction process was monitored by TLC, and the product was puryfied with the means of column chromatography. The structure of products were determined by FT-IR, 1H NMR and LCMS.
