摘    要:为满足深层页岩气地层特征对大型压裂施工使用滑溜水的造缝、耐温、减阻性能技术要求,通过改进聚合物分子结构以提高减阻剂的减阻性能,同时引入刚性基团提高减阻剂的耐温性能,采用两步法合成出耐高温、高减阻率的减阻剂,以及配套配伍性好的黏土稳定剂和助排剂,形成了深层页岩气压裂滑溜水技术。该滑溜水在丁山构造深层页岩气压裂进行了现场应用,地层垂深(TVD)4095.46m,最高温度达143℃,现场减阻率达到82%,单段携砂量最高达到83m^3,解决了深层页岩气耐温造缝及携砂难题,满足了深层页岩气压裂需求。

Abstract:Based on scale fracturing characteristics of deep shale gas well depth (>3 500 m) and high temperature (>120 ℃),the authors put forward higher requirements for the slick water performance of made fracture,temperature resistance and friction reduction. Through optimizing the polymer molecular structure and introducing rigid groups of polymer to improve the friction reduce rate and temperature resistance,the friction reducer was synthesized by two steps method. The technology of deep shale gas fracturing slick water has been developed with compatibility clay stabilizer,surfactant and friction reducer,which has been applied to the deep shale gas fracturing in Dingshan structure. The deep formation depth is 4 095.46 m(TVD),and the formation temperature is 143 ℃,frictiong reduction rate is 76%~82% and the single stage sand carrying capacity is up to 83 m^3. The problem of deep shale gas fracture and sand carrying is solved,and the fracturing demand of deep shale is satisfied.
