一种基于PLC的多功能智能分拣机自动控制系统设计与应用

设计开发了一种多功能分拣机,从系统的硬件设计、软件设计及安装调试等方面进行实验研究。并在此基础上进行硬件拓展和软件功能升级,实现集扫码分拣、材质分拣、高度分拣为一体的多功能智能分拣系统,重点阐述了基于高度分析功能的实现。实验结果表明,该研究对设备分捡功能提升具有重要借鉴意义,在实际生产中有很好的推广价值。
