摘    要:针对滑动轴承润滑中润滑油含有固体颗粒的情况,将格子-波兹曼方法(LBM)应用到润滑问题的求解中,得到润滑油中含有固体颗粒时的油膜压力分布。并通过分析计算得出了颗粒间距及颗粒相对运动对轴承润滑的影响规律,使得轴承润滑分析更符合实际工况。

Abstract:The lattice-Boltzmann method(LBM) was applied to solve the lubrication problem of sliding bearings where the lubricating oil contains solid particles. The oil film pressure of oil with solid particles was calculated based on LBM simulation. Through analysis and calculation, the influence law of distance between particles and relative motion on bearing lubrication was obtained which makes the analysis of bearing lubrication more in line with the actual working conditions.
