摘    要:江西省正处于经济转型的特殊时期,金属行业作为省支柱产业,加快其转型升级以带动整体经济的发展具有重大意义.文章运用投入产出分析法,计算出生产性服务业与金属行业的产业关联系数.结果表明:金属行业高端制造环节发展不足,技术水平较低,产业结构不合理;科技服务业对高端制造环节具有显著的支撑作用,应加大科技服务业支持力度,促进金属行业技术升级;金属行业对流通服务业的消耗最大,大力发展流通服务业有助于提高资源流通效率,同时借助发达的流通服务业,落实“走出去”“引进来”相结合的战略,引进发达省份高新技术,提高金属行业生产效率.

Studies on the impact of producer services on the transformation and upgrading of metal industry in Jiangxi province

Abstract:Metal industry underpins the economy of Jiangxi province which is undergoing economic transformation. It is of great significance to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of metal industry to drive the development of the provincial economy. In this paper, by means of input-output analysis, the industrial correlation coefficient between producer service industry and metal industry were calculated. The results showed that metal industry in Jiangxi faced challenges like backward high-end manufacturing, little investment in technology and an unreasonable structure. Such being the case, to advance the transformation and upgrading of metal industry, further support should be given to science and technology service industry as it plays an essential role in bolstering high-end manufacturing. Besides, as metal industry is closely connected with circulation service industry, it deserves to be developed vigorously so as to improve the efficiency of resource circulation. At the same time, with the help of the developed circulation service industry, strategies like "going global" and "bringing in" should be implemented in order to introduce high-end technologies from developed provinces, and to improve the production efficiency of metal industry.
