磺化硬脂酸钠的制备及表征

摘    要:以油酸为原料、乙醇-水作为溶剂、亚硫酸氢钠作为磺化剂制备了磺化硬脂酸钠,收率为96.57%,通过FT-IR、~1HNMR和HPLC-ELSD对其结构进行了确证。分别用吊环法、振荡法、激光分子粒度仪测定产品的表面张力、起泡性能和分子粒径,用产品的钙离子稳定性表示产品的抗硬水性能。结果表明,在25℃,产物的CMC=5×10-4 mol/L,γcmc=30.46 mN/m,初始泡沫高度为8.16 cm,抗硬水(CaCO_3)性能CIS=1 284.49 mg/L,分子粒径为350.3 nm,Krafft点为16.0℃。

Abstract:Sulfonated stearic sodium was prepared by oleic acid as material, ethanol-water as solvent, sodium bisulfite as sulfonation agent. The yield of sulfonated stearic sodium was 96.57%. The structure was characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and HPLC-ELSD. The surface tension, foaming property and molecular size of the product were measured by ring method, oscillation method and laser molecular particle size analyzer respectively. The product’s resistance to hard water was expressed by the stability of calcium ion. The results showed that the minimum surface tension(γcmc) of the product was 30.46 mN/m at 25 ℃. At the same time, the critical micelle concentration was 5×10^-4 mol/L. The initial foam height was 8.16 cm. And the hard water-resistance(CaCO3) was 1 284.49 mg/L. The molecular size was 350.3 nm and Krafft point was 16.0 ℃.
