| 摘 要： | 本文基于短消息增值业务应用的发展现状,分析了短消息服务网关接入的几种方式,设计和开发了基于现行短消息增值业务技术体系的通用短信服务平台,该平台可以独立运行或者嵌入到多种管理信息系统中无缝运行,并成功应用于多个系统。
