摘    要:阐述 9Cr2 Mo小轧辊锻造时保证最后一火锻比不小于 1 .5 ,同时将终锻温度控制在 75 0~85 0℃ ,锻后快速冷却 ,可消除大的网状碳化物 ,并且有利于获得优良的球化组织

Abstract:This article expounds the forging process of 9Cr2Mo small size roller. The forging ratio of the last heat must not be less than 1.5, meanwhile the temperature of the final forging has to be controlled within 750~850℃ and fast cooling shall be performed after forging so that the large reticulate carbide can be released, which is advantageous to obtain better balling structure.
