沥青降粘剂对沥青性能影响研究

摘    要:针对沥青热拌和施工过程中的环保问题,以基质沥青为原料,研究分析了中国石化齐鲁分公司研究院自主开发的沥青降粘剂VR-Q1对沥青的降粘效果及对沥青各项性能的影响。试验结果表明,该沥青降粘剂降粘效果好,能够提高沥青高、低温性能。与国内外两种市场性能较好的降粘剂相比较,VR-Q1对沥青高温降粘、低温增粘效果显著,同时表现出优异的高、低温性能。

STUDY ON EFFECT OF VISCOSITY DEPRESSANT ON PROPERTIES OF ASPHALT
Abstract:Aiming at environmental problem existing hot mix and construction of asphalt, effect of the viscosity depressant VR-Q1 developed independently by SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company on viscosity reducing and properties of the asphalt was studied and analyzed by adop-ting base asphalt as crude material. The experiment results showed that viscosity reducing func-tion of the VR-Q1 was good;resistance to high&low temperature performances of the asphalt could be improved. Viscosity reducing under high temperature and viscosity increasing under low temperature of the asphalt modified by VR-Q1 were better than two kinds of viscosity de-pressant commonly used in domestic and foreign market, which possessed excellent resistance to high & low temperature performances.
