| 摘 要： | 介绍某加工高含硫原油炼化企业在装置停工检修时,通过优化停工方案、重油装置柴油置换等措施,解决了油气、污水以及钝化液的处理难题,实现停工过程中的环保达标排放。

| Abstract: | The difficult treatment problems on oil gas, sewage and passivation solution were solved and environmental protection discharge standard were met in course of the shutdown by optimizing shutdown project and diesel oil displacement on heavy oil unit etc. during shutdown and recondition of some high sulfur crude oil refining & chemical enterprise. |
