催化裂化快速分离系统设计优化

摘    要:为保证催化裂化反应效果、避免大量生焦和改善产物分布,需要精准控制油气与催化剂的停留时间。旋流快分是反应后油气与催化剂分离效果好坏的关键,要求较短的停留时间终止催化裂化反应,以防深度裂解。通过旋流快分综述分析,结合工程实例,论述基于气固流动规律选择合理的分离系统及其对催化裂化反应的影响。

OPTIMIZATION ON DESIGN OF HIGH SPEED SEPARATION SYSTEM FOR THE CATALYTIC CRACKING UNIT
Abstract:Residence time of the oil gas and catalyst needed to be controlled accurately to prevent formation of large quantity coke and improve the product distribution in order to ensured catalytic cracking reaction. Separation degree of the oil gas and catalyst after the reaction was determined by whirlwind high speed separation, which needed short residence time to end the catalytic cracking reaction in order to prevent the deep pyrolysis. How to select reasonable sepa-ration system basing on gas and solid flow rule and its effect on the catalytic cracking reaction were described by whirlwind high speed separation combining with engineer example.
